How to properly feed pet snacks to dogs?
When the owner feeds the dog snacks, there are two main reasons for the dog’s bite:
1. Dogs don’t know the severity, they die when they see delicious food;
2. The baby teeth of a dog are very sharp. When the tooth touches the skin, it is easily scratched when the owner pulls it out slightly.
So how to feed the dog snacks to avoid being bitten by the dog? Some owners like to feed their dogs in the following ways: pinch a small piece of dried meat or other snacks with their hands, carefully stretch them in front of the dog, and be ready to retract their hands at any time, or take away the snacks. Above the dog’s head, let it be seen but not reachable. Changes afterwards: The dog jumped up to eat snacks. The owner was afraid to raise the jerky in his hand higher, and the dog would jump harder to eat enough meat. Think about it: If the dog has enough snacks, it will bite the owner’s hand. You know, the accuracy of dogs is also limited.
The correct way of feeding: the owner puts the snack in the palm of his hand, reaches under the dog’s nose, and lowers his head for the dog to see. Changes afterwards: When a dog sees food within reach, it will be emotionally unable to shake off the excitement. In terms of movement, use your tongue to lick the snacks into your mouth instead of biting into your mouth with your teeth. The above method is very effective for pet dogs. For non-pet dogs with unstable temperaments, it is best not to risk feeding them snacks, and it is best to be less irritated.
